A heartfelt welcome to you, dear reader! At long last, CHIP sees the light of day.

A lot of drama kept delaying it, but now we're here. Some of us were murdered by the tyrants in recent years, and that shall never be forgiven. But we must push forward lest our spirit be broken. While I cannot promise constant action, you can rest assured the writing will be genuine. Besides all the tech, I wish we can write more about nature and practical action in the real world. We'll see where it goes.
